ATTENTION PROVIDERS

The Parent Referral Department will be starting the process of updating provider's information on the NACCRRAware database in October and must be completed by December 23 rd, 2011. Although this is done on a yearly basis, this year is an important year for updates because it is also a Market Rate Survey year. The Market Rate Survey is required by DHS and the information collected helps determine the child care rates that providers are reimbursed through the Child Care Assistance Program.

The rates that providers charge are collected and then categorized based on the type of provider (such as licensed child care center, licensed child care home and licensed child care group home), the child's age, and the county in which care takes place. This is why the accuracy of provider's information on the database is especially important. The completed update form can be mailed or faxed to CCR&R.

You can also call the Parent Referral Department at 815-741-1179 to update your information.
